Faun & Luna
This proposal has been prepared to assist Faun & Luna, an international brand known for their premium children's paintings, in their entry into the Dutch gift market. Given the brand's low awareness, low budget, and the high-risk purchase associated with their products, the team has employed a design thinking approach to devise effective and innovative solutions. Through store observations and interviews, a target audience was pinpointed: grandparents aged 50-60, individuals aged 25-35, and daycares (B2B). In this new market venture, the primary focus lies on boosting brand awareness. The strategy encompasses creating a social media plan and optimizing the platforms, utilizing event sponsorships, developing a value-added marketing approach, streamlining the purchasing process, and enhancing brand credibility.
This project is particularly meaningful to me as it allowed me to explore various aspects of both B2C and B2B. It allowed me to delve into event PR and effective B2B strategies, collaborate on the Spotify playlist concept, which resonated well with the client, and deepen my understanding of market research. The document showcases the final pitch made to the client.
